In the “Huang Di Nei Jing”, there is a “12 o’clock meridian regimen”. The 24 hours a day before and after is divided into 12 hours, and 12 o’clock corresponds to the 12 meridians of the human body, and these meridians have their main viscera. At different times, qi and blood will travel to different meridians. As long as we follow the time to recuperate, we can achieve the best results.
在《黄帝内经》中有个“ 12时辰经络养生法”,前后一天24小时分为12个时辰,而12时辰对应着人体的12条经脉,这些经脉又各有主要联系的脏腑。在不同 的时辰,气血会运行到不同的经络。我们只要顺应时辰来休养生息,就可以达到养生的最佳效果。
人体的每条经络络都对应一个运行最活跃的时辰,只要能依循作息,就有养生的功效!
Meridian Chart for Wellness:
戌時(晚上7—9点):走心包经,是血液循环旺盛的时间,此时血压升高,应该在家中休息。
亥时(晚上9-11点):走三焦经,是人体免疫系统休息与滤毒的时间,也是女性内分泌系统最重要的时候,这时一定要休息,不要操心,可以听音乐,洗澡,为明天作计画,准备入睡。
子时(晚上11–1点):走胆经,要进入「熟睡」胆才能进行排毒。
丑时(晚上1—3点):走肝经,也是要熟睡肝才能进行排毒。若是军队夜间工作,每周至少要有一天,每月要有一周,每年最少要有四个月能早睡。
寅时(早上3—5点):走肺经,肺有问题的人当时咳嗽会较厉害。
卯时(早上5—7点):走大肠经,因此早上7点之前要排便。
辰时(早上7—9点):走胃经,早餐在7-9点之间吃完,可以稍微按摩腹部。
巳時(早上9-11点):走脾经,此时按腿部部位,对消水肿,改善过敏最有效。
午时(中午11—1点):走心经,此时阳气最旺,午睡30分钟养心经。
未时(下午1—3点):走小肠经,小肠吸收养分的时间,过了这个时刻,肠胃功能减弱,因此有“过午不食”的养生陈述。
申时(下午3—5点):走膀胱经,可以多敲打臀部,大腿后侧,帮助疏通膀胱经。
酉時(下午5-7点):走肾经,适合运动,有助于肾脏排泄毒物。
