Kelly Chua is an experienced beauty and wellness trainer with a diverse professional background spanning beauty therapy, aromatherapy, holistic massage, training, customer service, and operational management. With years of industry and training experience, she brings a strong combination of practical expertise, professional knowledge, and real-world experience into her training sessions.

As an ACTA-certified trainer, Kelly has conducted both WSQ and non-WSQ training in beauty and wellness. Her practical expertise covers a broad range of areas, including aromatherapy, essential oils, holistic and spa massage, facial treatments, eyebrow embroidery, eyelash extensions, makeup, beauty machinery, skincare, and cosmetic formulation. She has also been involved in developing training protocols and exploring innovative beauty products and treatment applications.

Kelly is known for her practical and engaging approach to training. She believes that effective beauty and wellness education should go beyond technical knowledge by helping learners develop confidence, adaptability, creativity, and the ability to apply their skills effectively in real-world environments.
