Entry Requirements

✔️Course completion requirements: Fulfill at least 75% attendance and pass assessments
✔️Aged 21 years and above.
✔️Education level of at least Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) Level 3 or its equivalent.
✔️SOQ shall counsel and advise applicants without meeting the education, literacy and numeracy requirement that they may not be able to comprehend the content, keep up pace of training and/or cope with assessment conducted. Where necessary, unsuitable applicants will be discouraged from enrolling in the programme.

In-Store demonstrations
Learn how to conduct a complete body care consultation and demonstration using Meridian (经络) wellness techniques. You’ll practise every step — from identifying body tension areas and selecting suitable wellness products, to performing basic Meridian massage, acupressure, and relaxation strokes. The session also includes product explanation, customer advisory, and professional in-store presentation skills to help you engage clients confidently and enhance sales results.

Digital Demonstration
Master the art of creating eye-catching digital product presentations using Canva. Learn how to design professional visuals and social media content that attract customers both in-store and online. This session guides you through building presentation slides, editing product visuals, and adding simple animations to showcase retail products effectively. You’ll also learn how to deliver engaging digital demonstrations that boost brand storytelling, customer interest, and sales conversion.

This course covers both in-store and digital demonstration skills. You’ll learn the key techniques for each, but we’ll go in-depth with one area — either in-store demonstrations (hands-on, live customer engagement) or digital demonstrations (creating and presenting content using tools like Canva) — depending on your learning focus and career goals.

Are there any funding options or subsidies?
