We provide a wide range of programmes, including WSQ-accredited courses, Diplomas, Professional Certificates, and customised workshops in areas such as AI & Digital Marketing, Retail & Soft Skills, Beauty & Wellness, Makeup & Semi-Permanent, and Caregiving (Infant & Elderly Care).
2. Do learners receive certification after completing a course?
Yes. Depending on the course, learners will be awarded a WSQ Statement of Attainment, iTEC/VTCT Diploma, or SOQ Certificate of Completion. These certifications are recognised by industry partners and government agencies.
3. Do trainers at SOQ have industry experience?
Absolutely. Our trainers are ACTA/ACLP-certified professionals with years of practical industry experience, ensuring you receive both academic knowledge and real-world insights.
4. Where are classes conducted?
Our Training centre located at 10 Anson Road, International Plaza #23-08 and #35-16, Singapore 079903, equipped with modern facilities. Some Diploma courses are also available online or as blended learning.
5. Is there a minimum attendance requirement?
Yes. Learners must achieve at least 75% attendance to remain eligible for funding. For courses with assessments, you must also complete and pass the assessment.
6. Are meals provided during full-day courses?
Refreshments are available at our campus. For full-day courses, lunch breaks are allocated, and a variety of food options are available nearby.
7. Can I transfer my enrolment to another person?
No. Enrolment is strictly non-transferable. However, if you are unable to attend, you may request a withdrawal or reschedule based on our policy.
8. Can corporate clients request customised training content?
Yes. We work closely with organisations to tailor training content, schedule, and format to meet business and workforce development needs.

We accept SkillsFuture Credit, NETS, PayNow, and major credit/debit cards.

No. SOQ International Academy's course fees are not subject to GST. The amount reflected in our course listings is the final payable fee before subsidies.
3. Can I pay in instalments?
For selected Diploma programmes, interest-free instalment plans may be arranged. Please speak to our consultants for details.
4. Can I reschedule my course?
Yes. You may request rescheduling at least 10 working days in advance, subject to availability. Each learner is entitled to one complimentary reschedule.
5. How will I know my final payable fee?
After registration, our consultants will confirm your funding eligibility and advise you on the net course fee payable.
6. Can my company pay directly for my training?
Yes. For corporate-sponsored learners, invoices can be issued directly to the company.
1. Are SOQ courses eligible for SkillsFuture Credit?
Yes. Our WSQ-accredited courses are eligible for SkillsFuture Credit for Singapore Citizens aged 25 and above.
2. What government subsidies are available?
Eligible learners may receive up to 70% funding support from SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG). Companies may also tap on SFEC (SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit).
3. What is UTAP and can I use it for SOQ courses?
Yes. NTUC members may use the Union Training Assistance Programme (UTAP) to claim up to 50% of unfunded course fees (capped annually).
4. Do companies get Absentee Payroll (AP) funding?
Yes. Employers who sponsor employees for SSG-funded courses may claim Absentee Payroll at $4.50 per hour, capped at $100,000 per calendar year.
5. What is SFEC (SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit)?
Eligible employers receive a one-off $10,000 credit to offset up to 90% of out-of-pocket costs for approved training programmes.
6. Are foreigners eligible for funding?
Most subsidies are only available to Singapore Citizens and PRs. However, foreign learners may still attend at full fee.
7. How do I apply for SkillsFuture Credit?
You can log in via MySkillsFuture portal (SingPass) to make a claim before course commencement. Our consultants can guide you through the process.
8. Do I need to maintain a minimum grade to qualify for funding?
Yes. You must meet the 75% attendance requirement and pass the assessment (if applicable) to qualify for subsidies.
