Entry Requirements
  • ✔️Course completion requirements: Fulfill at least 75% attendance and pass assessments
  • ✔️Aged 21 years and above.
  • ✔️Education level of at least Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) Level 3 or its equivalent.
  • ✔️SOQ shall counsel and advise applicants without meeting the education, literacy and numeracy requirement that they may not be able to comprehend the content, keep up pace of training and/or cope with assessment conducted. Where necessary, unsuitable applicants will be discouraged from enrolling in the programme.

The session highlights the importance of building a confident and charismatic personal brand, with key focus areas on visual, vocal, and verbal communication. Participants will also learn techniques for effective verbal and non-verbal communication to enhance professionalism and rapport.
Effective Communication in Health Care (Head & Shoulder Meridian)
Learners will be introduced to the principles of Head and Shoulder Meridian Alignment and understand the importance of communication in therapeutic practices. The session covers key techniques for introducing treatments to clients, along with effective questioning and active listening skills to identify client needs accurately. Participants will also practise through role-play consultation scenarios and learn how to provide clear, empathetic aftercare advice to ensure a positive client experience.
