Martin Lim is an experienced adult educator, trainer, and consultant with over 10 years of training experience, specialising in security, risk management, sustainability, ESG, leadership, customer service, and business excellence. As an ACTA-certified trainer, he combines structured adult-learning methodologies with extensive operational experience to deliver practical and workplace-relevant training.
As a Senior Trainer and Consultant, Martin has delivered diploma-level and specialist programmes for adult learners, professionals, corporate clients, and government-related organisations. His training portfolio includes Environmental Management, Business Excellence, Customer Service, Leadership & People Management, Security and Counter-Terrorism, ESG frameworks, and Zero Waste Management. He is experienced in both face-to-face and virtual facilitation and has contributed to curriculum development aligned with WSQ standards and industry practices.
Martin also brings practical industry experience in security operations and risk management, including experience at Senior Security Supervisor level. In sustainability, he has developed and delivered training on ESG principles and reporting frameworks, including GRI and TCFD, while supporting organisations with sustainability disclosures and operational practices.
