Mona Yam is an experienced business strategist, adult trainer, and professional coach with over 15 years of experience in enterprise growth, technology, public-sector engagement, sales leadership, and business transformation across the Asia-Pacific region. Her professional expertise spans AI, cybersecurity, analytics, digital transformation, go-to-market strategy, leadership, coaching, and human performance, enabling her to bring a strong combination of business strategy and people development into her training.
Mona also brings substantial training and assessment experience, having previously served as an in-house trainer and programme assessor with SingTel. Her responsibilities included soft-skills coaching, programme development, assessment design, and working with management teams to improve business and service outcomes. She successfully supported the rollout of six call-centre soft-skills training programmes covering approximately 5,000 participants.
With extensive senior commercial experience across technology and cybersecurity organisations, Mona has developed strong expertise in strategic sales, value-based selling, market development, stakeholder engagement, strategic partnerships, and C-suite communication. Her experience working across ASEAN and international markets allows her to incorporate practical business scenarios and cross-cultural perspectives into her training and coaching.
Mona has further expanded her professional practice into AI, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), holistic wellbeing, breathwork, somatic movement, and performance coaching. Her approach integrates business strategy with behavioural development, helping learners strengthen both professional capabilities and personal effectiveness.
