Entry Requirements

• ✔️At least 16 years old
• ✔️Academic Requirement: At least a Grade C6 (Min 50 Percent) at O-Level in any 3 subjects or matured candidate who is 30 years old with at least 8 years of relevant working experience.
• ✔️Language Requirement: At least a Grade 5 (Min 50 Percent) at N-Level English or IELTS 4.5

• ✔️Registration Fees refer to the price that the student pays the school for the sole purpose of processing the application requirements, and it is non-refunable.
• ✔️The maximum allowed period for a student to complete the course is 18 months from first date of course
• ✔️The Course Fee are non-refundable, unless there is no future class commence date by SOQ International Academy
• ✔️The minimum number of students that is required before a class commences is 6 pax, in the event the class cannot commence due to low take up rate, SOQ International Academy will notify the students at least 7 days in advance and provide an alternate commerce date.

• ✔️We do not issue Student Passes. “International Student” refers to individuals holding a valid Work Pass or any other long-term permit that allows them to reside legally in Singapore throughout the duration of their studies.
• ✔️Applicants who do not meet the entry requirements may be considered for admission to the course based on evidence of at least eight (8) years of relevant working experience or supporting evidence of competency readiness OR case-by-case basis through an interview, taking into account factors such as relevance of experience, learning readiness, career planning, and other relevant considerations. SOQ reserves the right to shortlist and admit applicants.

MODULE 1: Health and Safety Practices in the Salon / 沙龙工作场所安全
✔️ Understand health, safety, and hygiene principles relevant to the salon working environment

MODULE 2: Face Care and Eye Treatment / 面部护理与眼部护理
✔️ Prepare the work area, client, tools, and products for face care and eye treatments

✔️ Conduct skin analysis and consultation to understand the client’s skin type, needs, and treatment suitability

The Hands-On Practical Training provides learners with extensive real-world experience to master the skills required for professional facial and eye care treatments. Throughout the course, learners will practice gentle yet effective make-up removal, followed by superficial and deep cleansing techniques to thoroughly purify the skin. They will conduct detailed skin analysis and client consultations to identify individual needs, perform exfoliation using scrubbers, and apply a range of advanced massage techniques including Effleurage, Petrissage, Tapotement, Shiatsu Massage, and Golki Therapy (Korean Face Lifting) to promote circulation and relaxation.

In addition, learners will gain expertise in mask application, toning, and moisturising, ensuring each client’s skin is left refreshed and radiant. Professional standards such as towel management, hygiene, and client aftercare advice are also emphasised to maintain a high level of service quality. This hands-on approach equips learners with the confidence, precision, and professionalism to perform high-quality facial treatments in a salon or spa environment.
