Entry Requirements

✔️At least 16 years old
✔️Academic Requirement: At least a Grade C6 (Min 50 Percent) at O-Level in any 3 subjects or matured candidate who is 30 years old with at least 8 years of relevant working experience.
✔️Language Requirement: At least a Grade 5 (Min 50 Percent) at N-Level English or IELTS 4.5

✔️All amount stated are in Singapore Dollars (SGD), and no GST.
✔️Registration Fees refer to the price that the student pays the school for the sole purpose of processing the application requirements, and it is non-refunable.
✔️The maximum allowed period for a student to complete the course is 18 months from first date of course
✔️The Course Fee are non-refundable, unless there is no future class commence date by SOQ International Academy
✔️The minimum number of students that is required before a class commences is 6 pax, in the event the class cannot commence due to low take up rate, SOQ International Academy will notify the students at least 7 days in advance and provide an alternate commerce date.

The course covers over 20 types of eyelash extension styles, giving learners the opportunity to explore and master a wide range of techniques from classic to creative looks.

In the Classic Eyelash Extension category, learners will practice styles such as Single Lashes, Natural 3D Lashes, Volume 3D–12D Lashes, Mega Volume Lashes, Trend Lashes, Y/V Lashes, and Clover Lashes, among others.

The Customized Eyelash Extension segment allows learners to express creativity through unique and fashionable designs, including Hybrid, Colored, Kim K, Comic, Cat Comic, European Mix, Color Tail, Foxy, Natural Elegance, Snake, Barbie Fairy, Demon Comic, Wealthy Heiress, and Sunflower Lashes.

By the end of the course, learners will also have the chance to design and customize their own signature lash styles and menus, combining creativity, trend awareness, and professional techniques to craft personalized lash designs suited for diverse client preferences.

MODULE 1: Health and Safety Practice in the Salon

Learn the principles of health and safety, emergency procedures, and hygiene management to maintain a safe, professional, and compliant salon environment.

MODULE 2: Provide Eyelash Extension

Develop advanced lash application skills — from preparation and application to aftercare and client management. Learners will also master consultation, styling design, and professional communication to deliver tailored results that meet client expectations.

MODULE 3: Professional Conduct and Business Awareness

Gain a solid foundation in business ethics, customer service, retail principles, and marketing strategies. This module prepares learners to manage client relationships, understand financial basics, and promote their lash business effectively.

On-Job Training (OJT)

Learners will have the opportunity to apply their skills in real-world beauty environments, performing eyelash extension services on actual clients under trainer supervision. This OJT component helps build confidence, refine techniques, and understand client interaction in professional salon settings. In selected cases, learners may also receive a training allowance when participating in events or commercial projects arranged by the academy.

Are tools and materials included?

Yes, all essential tools and materials are included in the course. Learners will receive a complete professional eyelash extension kit, which includes lash trays, tweezers, adhesives, and other necessary items for both classroom practice and hands-on training.

Is model practice included?

Yes, model practice is included. The school will provide up to 8 models during class for hands-on practical sessions, allowing learners to apply their skills on real faces and gain professional experience.

What if I need more models for practice?

Learners who wish to have additional practice sessions may bring their own models or request the school to arrange extra models at a rate of $80 per model. This ensures ample opportunity for students to refine their techniques and build confidence.

What is On-Job Training (OJT)?

On-Job Training (OJT) is a practical learning experience that allows students to apply what they’ve learned in real salon or studio settings. During OJT, learners perform actual makeup tasks under supervision — gaining confidence, improving speed and technique, and understanding how to work with real clients in a professional environment.

Is there a salary during On-Job Training (OJT)?

There is no salary during the OJT period, as it is a training component of the course. However, learners will have opportunities to participate in real assignments such as events, bridal, or personal makeup sessions. In some cases, a training allowance like transport allowance or meal allowance may be provided, depending on the nature of the project and arrangement.

Are there funding / subsidies available?

Currently, this course is not eligible for government funding or subsidies.

Is attendance / assessment strict?

You’ll likely need to maintain a minimal 75% attendance rate to qualify for exams or assessments. Assessments may include assignments, presentations, final exams.

What if I want to defer, withdraw, or switch course mid-way?

We understand that plans can change! Requests for deferment, withdrawal, or course transfer are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Learners are given up to 18 months to complete the course, so there’s flexibility to pause and resume your studies within that period.
